Admin Features

pcOffice Rx Backup™ software system is a client/server application capitalizing on server (Linux® & Windows®) technology. The attractive and feature-rich administration portal allows for easy access, comprehensive user administration and server monitoring features. Some of the administration features include:


  • Simplified Account Management: With pcOffice Rx Backup’s server side administration tools you can manage all of your backup customer accounts from one screen. Account information for all customers is displayed in tabular format and can easily be viewed and updated. One click on Statistics displays the user’s data backup history in a custom sized graph format.
  • User Settings: The administrator can also set expiration dates for trial members, backup size limits and can disable an account in a single click.  Options for tracking payment history are also available.
  • Different User Types: Admin tools allow you to add accounts for a variety of user types, including Company Administrators, Reseller Administrators, Main Administrators, and Users. User administration status may be easily changed at any time in the administration panel.
  • Statistics and Reporting: Statistics for backup usage can be viewed and printed in report format, and can also be displayed as custom graphical representations of the actual backups.

  • Timesaving Short Cuts: Short cuts for commonly used features, such as modifying users, archiving and deleting logs, exporting databases can save you valuable time.
